I had never seen a shooting star
Fairies grant wishes through the shooting stars
They fall from heaven in the night hours
My grandma told me that when 5,I had begun
I have had the longing to see it since then
HOping I would get a glimpse I waited late night
Nothing was clear, hardly any stars in sight
The stars seems to dull day by day
They looked so sleepy and seem would vansih away
We were on our holiday I had just turned seven
It was my first tripto my granma's village even
Tall trees with birds chirrupping around
The green was so pretty against brown background
With teetor totter of cricket night was beautiful of all
The stars shone like diamonds,I wished one would fall
Sparkling far from heaven, they were pretty and clear
My heart filled with joy, nothing prettier I had seen I swear
I was startled at the sight,it was so amazing
To see it break from sky and watch it falling
It dropped from heaven to some unknown place
Vanished in a falsh of light without any trace
I closed my eyes and quickly wished upon my star
Which was sent for me by fairies that stayed far
I wish at my home in city I could see sky so clear
Later I asked my mum why ws it so different hear
She told we didn't had smoke streaming out from chinmeys or cars
That could make the air thick or cause the vision to blur
The beauty of nature was undisturbed by greed or selfishness
It was pure it was fresh as required for perfect fitness
I wish men knew how beuatiful was nature
The treasure it held for us to fill our heart with pleasure
At that moment I wished I never had to go back in the jar
To the place where I oculdn't wish upon my shooting star

Haaa the poetry on environment...Soo thoughtful.
